IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU HAVE AN ALLSTAR OR UHLMANN VISOR STYLE MASK. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

If you have an Allstar or Uhlmann visor mask and are resident in the UK we will replace FREE OF CHARGE the existing frame and visor system with an upgraded version. This offer is made as a gesture of good faith to our customers and without prejudice. This is in keeping with the proposed Stage 1 retrofit solution as agreed at the recent meeting between the FIE/SEMI representatives and the equipment manufacturers.

Additionally if you also have spare unused visors we will replace these FREE OF CHARGE with the new 2 part item.

We are currently having the new components manufactured. As soon as they are available for fitting we will let you know. We expect to have the parts within a few weeks but will keep you fully informed via this page. The components consist of a modified design of outer frame, new type structural visor and new sacrificial outer layer.

We will refund UK postage costs incurred by customers provided you use regular PO Parcel Post.

This offer is made on an exchange basis only. Masks and or spare visors must be either posted to our Edinburgh Warehouse, handed in at either our London or Edinburgh shop or over the counter at events. This is to ensure that masks can be inspected, the new components fitted satisfactorily first time round and ensure existing components are removerd from the market whenever possible.
